HC will have from time-to-time access to investments into gold, silver, oil and other commodities, where HC will act as agent and take fees. HC may also invest directly in the process and this could be deemed as too high risk. We will also be given the opportunity to lend some of our funds under our control to developers, always taking a charge on the property for a fixed return which could be used to alleviate some of the risk in the commodity sector.

HC, understand that investment, and trust are two sides of a coin, which when managed can bring excellent results. Trust needs to be developed and nurtured and for this reason we offer our clients to participate in courses that can enable them to become their own fund manager. From learning how to invest in stock markets using the education of Alpesh Patel OBE and the Great Investment Program, to managing your own SSAS. We have agreed a discounted rate for our community with the course providers.

This is more of a service for our existing Hanson Estate clients and anyone from the HC community that feel that they can use the services of our Partner Firms.
